As the first woman to hold the title of Senior Labour Relations Advisor at Syncrude Canada, Shandra’s career has been defined by her expertise in managing complex labour dynamics and leading large-scale industrial projects to successful outcomes.

Shandra’s career has been defined by resilience, integrity, and a commitment to fostering collaboration in a traditionally male-dominated field. Her ability to navigate high-stakes negotiations and complex workforce dynamics has earned her a stellar reputation in the industry—one marked by fairness and sound judgment.

Shandra’s guiding principle has always been inclusion and understanding. Inspired early in her career by mentors who exemplified confidence and compassion, she strives to bring people together, ensuring that every voice is heard and valued. Known for her deep analytical skills and strategic problem-solving, Shandra excels at uncovering root causes and guiding teams to effective, long-term solutions.

Managing Partner, Operations and Strategy

Corey Linder is a seasoned strategist with over 25 years experience in Canada’s oil and gas industry. Known for his honest and authentic approach, Corey has built a career that bridges major capital projects and maintenance execution, offering a comprehensive 360-degree understanding of industrial operations. His diverse experience ranges from leading teams in high-pressure situations to pioneering innovative solutions that drive both immediate and long-term results for clients.

Corey’s work is defined by a commitment to integrity and delivering true value. He firmly believes in honest assessments, prioritizing practical, concrete solutions over what may be convenient to hear. His ability to simplify complex topics into understandable insights makes him an invaluable consultant and mentor. Corey's career journey began at the age of 14, working hands-on in a family-owned business. These early experiences instilled a strong work ethic and provided a practical foundation that would shape his future. Determined to build on this base, Corey pursued an education in engineering, which opened the door to roles within leading contracting firms and a prominent global energy company. Throughout his career, he has been deeply involved in the execution of mega projects, with expertise in project controls, field engineering, and later maintenance leadership in complex operational environments. His work extended beyond traditional roles, encompassing the integration of digital technologies, safety leadership and the enhancement of organizational effectiveness. Christina Low

Administrative Lead

Christina Low brings a wealth of experience in organizational support and administrative management to her role at Linder Industrial Relations Consulting Ltd. In her work with Linder Industrial, Christina serves the organization’s client, the Association of Maintenance Contractors of Canada (AMCC). She manages the administrative responsibilities for AMCC while supporting team members across the organization. Her expertise and attention to detail make her a valuable asset to this new association.

Christina is proud of her track record in fostering healthy workplace relationships, developing innovative solutions, and achieving tangible successes in Accounts Receivables. Her passion for effective, collaborative work makes her an excellent fit for Linder and AMCC.

Outside the office, Christina is dedicated to her family and friends. She enjoys outdoor activities, golfing, and cooking, as well as traveling and passionately cheering on the Edmonton Oilers.
